View comments
Click on "View album comments" just below the photos. If the album doesn't have any comments yet, it'll say "Encourage your friends to comment by adding yours first!".
If the album already has comments, you'll see them once you click on "View album comments." Longer comments are shortened up a bit to save space - click "Read more" beneath a long comment to read it in full.

To leave a new comment, click on the box below "Add your comment" and type in your comment. When you're done, click "Add comment".
Delete a comment
Just click the "X" at the top right corner of the comment to delete it. If you're the album's owner, you can delete comments left by anyone. If the album doesn't belong to you, you can only delete your own comments.
Disable commenting
If you're the album's owner, you can also disable commenting. Just click the "Disable commenting" link. This will not delete the comments, but friends will no longer be able to view or add comments.
As the album owner, you will still have access to your album's comments, even if it is disabled. Please note that changing the comment settings applies only to the album you're working in. It will not change the settings on all your albums.
If you've disabled commenting, click the "Allow commenting" link to let your friends to view and add comments to your album again.
