Your cart

Your cart temporarily holds your orders for prints and photo gifts. Any merchandise you add to your cart is saved there until you check out or remove the items from your cart. Here is a step-by-step guide to using your cart.
  1. After you click 'Order prints' or after you order an item from the store, you will be taken to your cart.
  2. In your cart, you choose the size and quantity of each item in your order.
  3. Click the magnifying glass under a photo to see how it will print.

How to choose between classic and digital format prints

When you order prints from your digital photo library, Snapfish will check the aspect ratio of your photos. If any of your photos are digital format photos you will have the option to choose between classic and digital format prints.

Use classic format (2:3 aspect ratio) to print traditional size prints suitable for photo albums and frames. Please note that your image will be cropped to match the classic paper size.

Use digital format (3:4 aspect ratio) to print the whole photo without cropping. Please note that although the height of your printed photos stays the same, the length will be a little shorter than the classic format.

To choose classic or digital format prints follow the steps from Order prints from your photo library. Enter your payment information, then select your option on following page by clicking either "Use classic format" or "Use digital format" buttons.

NOTE: If your order does not contain digital format photos you will not get the option to choose classic or digital print format prints. Standard film photos with 2:3 aspect ratio will be printed in classic format.

TIP: If your order contains both digital format 3:4 and classic film format 2:3 images and you choose digital format print option for your digital format photos, your classic format prints will be slightly longer than your digital format prints. Choose classic format to receive all same size prints.

Frequently Asked Questions: Order prints

Are my prints going to look like the picture on my computer?

Actually, they will look better. When we print your photos, we use the high-resolution versions of the photos stored with your account. As a result, your printed photos should appear cleaner and more colorful than what you see on your monitor.

Whenever you select a photo for a print or product, we will let you know if that photo is of high enough resolution to produce a good result.

What resolution do I need for good quality reprints of my digital photos?

View our Photo Resolution page.

Can I order reprints in a matte finish?

No, not at this time. All prints and enlargements are printed with a glossy finish.
