I cannot dispute a transaction in PayPal because it has not been completed by Snapfish. How do I get a duplicate charge refunded to me?
These PayPal charges do not appear in our system. To obtain a refund, you will need to dispute the additional charge through PayPal. Please contact PayPal support for further instructions on how to dispute a charge.
When you have successfully disputed the charge, we will receive notification from PayPal and reply to it promptly so that you can receive your refund.
I have a charge on my PayPal account, but the order does not appear in my Snapfish account. What should I do?
If you do not see the order in your order history section in your Snapfish account, then a payment was taken by PayPal, but the order was not placed yet on Snapfish.
To obtain a refund, you will need to dispute the additional charge through PayPal. When you have successfully disputed the charge, we will receive notification from PayPal and reply to it promptly so that you can receive your refund.
To dispute the charge, log in to your PayPal account and click on the 'My account' section. Then, click on 'Resolution center' to begin the transaction dispute process.
After you have disputed the charge, please place your Snapfish order again.
